Are the allegations true that Donald Trump is a Democrat plant designed to make the GOP look bad?
Trump is NOT a Plant
Trump IS a Plant:
- Trump says all the things Democrats wish Republicans would say out loud more often. Basically, he's the walking talking worst caricature Republicans hate to be referred to as. He's too good of a dream come true to the Democrats to be real.
- He is close friends with the Clintons. Their positive relationship goes way back as far as 1999. Not only that, he was very detailed of his praise which included their personalities and ability to lead the country. In 2012, Trump said to Fox News' Greta Van Susteren: "Hillary Clinton I think is a terrific woman," Trump said "I am biased because I have known her for years. I live in New York. She lives in New York. I really like her and her husband both a lot. I think she really works hard. And I think, again, she's given an agenda, it is not all of her, but I think she really works hard and I think she does a good job. I like her."
- He's given money to the Clinton Foundation
- He's never really explained this strange change of heart in politics.
- He had a phone call with Bill Clinton weeks before announcing his candidacy for president on June 16, 2015. This was during and after he kept insulting Hilary Clinton according to the Washington Post.
Trump is NOT a Plant
- He'd be keeping up the act of making the GOP look bad since 2011. The Obama birther conspiracy theories got him to the top of the polls when he was flirting the idea of running for president. Could he really maintain his poker face for that long?
- He'd be putting his family through a lot being the most hated person. It would all be for the cause of electing Clinton. Would it be worth it?
- If there was a massive conspiracy something would've leaked. Then again this conspiracy could be between just Trump, Bill, and Hilary Clinton and nobody else knows about it.
