Hannity will Host Birther Billboard Man on his Show Again
The Birther Billboard man, boss of former presidential candidate Herman Cain, and founder of the birther website World Net Daily Joseph Farah will appear on Hannity's show again tonight at 9:00pm to discuss primary election results from Florida. Popcorn? This ought to make good copy for Fox News viewers and raw meat to critics of Fox.
UFO in Baltic Sea Hoax
![]() |
| Mars Face Left, Baltic Sea UFO Right |
I already see the UFO in the Baltic Sea being a heart breaking hoax for alien lovers. This has disappointment written all over it. Remember the face on mars? This what I'm predicting how its going to turn out when they find out what the UFO Millennium Falcon shaped object is at the bottom of the Baltic Sea. What's it going to turn up to be? My guess is that its a weird coral or rock formation. Or maybe a ship collapsed in a weird way.
Looks can be deceiving.

Miss Piggy's Claim about Fox News is Well Documented
In London, Kermit the Frog and Miss Piggy gave a funny press conference with one of the questions asking for their response to Fox News' Eric Bolling's warning to his audience about the dangerous liberal messages allegedly embedded in the new Muppets movie.
QUESTIONER: Question for Kermit. Kermit, everybody who's seen the film loves it. It's suitable for kids, it's suitable for parents. But I've got to ask you how you felt when -- I think it was Eric Bolling from Fox News said it was pushing a dangerous liberal agenda and trying to brainwash children [unintelligible]We could start with Fox News' founding purpose for its creation and the list goes on to prove Miss Piggy's point. So before you right wing parents go nuclear on the Muppets, actually know what "news" channel your defending.
KERMIT: Oh, yes.
[laughter]
QUESTIONER: [unintelligible] horrible.
KERMIT: It's so dangerous. I'm so afraid! No, you know, it's a funny thing. They were concerned about us having some prejudice against oil companies. And I can tell you that's categorically not true.
And besides, if we had a problem with oil companies, why would we have spent the entire film driving around in a gas-guzzling Rolls Royce?
[laughter]
JAMES BOBINS (director of The Muppets): He's got a point.
MISS PIGGY: It's almost as laughable as accusing Fox News as, you know, being news.
[laughter and applause]
KERMIT: Boy, that's gonna be all over the Internet. You are in such deep water.
MISS PIGGY: Yeah. Yeah, if they take what I say seriously, they've got a real big problem.
[laughter]

Impact Andrew Adler Created for the Jewish Community
I previously posted about the publisher for the American Jewish newspaper Atlanta Jewish Times writing that he thinks Benjamin Netanyahu should assassinate President Barack Obama. He has since then resigned. This has given no help to our relations with Israel. Already it has given more raw meat to antisemitism. White supremacist and former Klansman Dr. David Duke has posted a video response to the newspaper. I can't imagine the impact that this will have on the tens of thousands of Jews living in the Atlanta area.
Thanks a lot Andrew Adler!! You really enhanced our civil discourse.

Santorum Town Hall: Obama is an "Avowed Muslim"
Rick Santorum was asked by CNN's John King about an incident at a Florida town hall where a woman in the audience called President Obama an "Avowed Muslim" and I think refereed to bitherism when she said Obama was "not the President". This sounded similar to what happened to John McCain in 2008 who at a town hall responded more professionally to a woman who said Obama was an Arab. Santorum told King he didn't feel the need to correct the audience member. I think you need to Rick.
KING: Senator, at your event there earlier today a woman stood up and she delivered a pretty “out there” attack on the President and I want you to listen.
WOMAN: I never refer to Obama as President because legally he is not the president. He constantly says that our Constitution is passe and he totally ignores it as you know he does what he darn well pleases. He is an avowed Muslim.
KING: This is how you responded.
SANTORUM: I'm doing my best to try to get him out of the government, right? I am. And you're right about how he uniformly ignores the Constitution.
KING: You're not responsible for what somebody in the audience says Senator. I want to make that perfectly clear, but do you feel any sense or responsibility to say whoa? Senator McCain repeatedly in 2008 stopped people who went down that line and said look, let's fight them on policy. Let's not go there.
SANTORUM: I have repeatedly done that. I don’t feel it’s my obligation every time someone says something I don’t agree with to contradict them and the President's a big boy and he can defend himself and his record and I'm going to go out and talk about the issues that the President and I disagree on and try to defeat him because I think that's the best thing we can do for the future of our country.
KING: I understand on every point, but something like that, standing up saying he's an avowed Muslim, you don’t feel an obligation to say, “Ma’am, let’s fight him on taxes, let’s fight him on spending, let’s fight him on the size of government but let’s not do that”?
SANTORUM: I think I repeated that many, many times throughout the course of this campaign. I don't really feel an obligation to go out and repeat it over and over again as people bring that up. My position's clear, the President's position's clear. I don't think the President's a Muslim, but I don't think it's my obligation to go out and repeat that every time someone who feels that way says something.
Brett Baier's Birther Trumpet Blows
Fox News' supposed "straight news" program is at it again. Two weeks ago, Bret Baier gave a dog whistle to the birthers. This time he blew their trumpet. Special Report with Bret Baier gave air time to a story on a birther lawsuit requesting President Obama be subpoenaed for a court hearing. Once again, Baier still didn't inform the 63% of his viewers that Obama WAS BORN in the United States. When you hear the way he reported it, it sounds like to the viewer that there still must be something to Obama's birth certificate still. Some viewers might think if the lawsuit its reported on cable news, it must not be a frivolous one. That's Fox News for ya.

Fox News Most Distrusted 2012 Poll Results
A new poll from Public Policy Polling, asked people whether they trust a long list of news outlets:
2010-2012 Which news outlet has gained the most distrust since 2010? Only Fox News.

- Fox News +5
- CNN -3
- CBS News -3
- ABC News -6
- NBC News Trust -6
- NBC News +9

-Democrats trust everything - except Fox News. NBC does the best with them at +50 (67/17), followed by PBS and CNN at +49 (66/17 and 65/16 respectively), ABC at +38 (57/19), CBS at +35 (58/23), MSNBC at +33 (56/23), and even Comedy Central at +4 (36/32). Fox News comes in at -36 (25/61).This polarization among Republicans and only Republicans comes from hatred of the media being core component of their ideology. This becomes reinforced in their enclosed echo chamber through repetition. Americans themselves are not polarized when it comes to the media and there is no equal argument to be made with when it comes to Democrats and the left. Again look at the numbers.
-Republicans meanwhile don't trust anything except Fox News. PBS comes the closest to breaking even among non-Fox outlets, although not very close, at -30 (26/56). It's followed by CNN at -49 (18/67), MSNBC at -51 (18/69), NBC at -52 (17/69), CBS at -54 (17/71), ABC at -56 (14/70), and Comedy Central at -59 (12/71). But Fox News comes in at a stellar 73/17.

Jewish Newspaper Says Assassinate Obama

Andrew Adler, publisher for the American Jewish newspaper Atlanta Jewish Times wrote that he thinks Benjamin Netanyahu should assassinate President Barack Obama. Why? Obama's not pro-Israel enough. I know it makes no sense giving that Obama is one of the most Pro-Israel presidents in history.
The Secret Service better brace for any potential lone wolf threat from the hostile Christian Right or some rogue agent within Israel's Mossad. Even though Israel denies assassinating one of Iran's nuclear scientists, rogues can and have before taken matters in their own hands. Israel itself would have to be absolutely insane to directly coordinate an operation like that. It would be like John F. Kennedy and and Oswald all over again. But, the difference is Oswald acted alone and JFK's assassination was not coordinated by the Soviet Union or through any other conspiracy.
Adler’s statements of course have been condemned by the Jewish community and are NOT shared by most Jews especially in Israel.

Analysis of Republican 2012 Race Now that Huntsman Dropped Out
I did a previous post about a pattern we've seen with the Republican 2012 Presidential field.
The Republican electorate gives a candidate more support than ever, then a month latter that support goes down hill and collapses at a sharp extraordinary rate.
This new Real Clear Politics (RCP) graph (above) gives us more insight into what we can predict. First, Mitt Romney and Ron Paul are at their highest RCP averages as of now. Now that Jon Huntsman has dropped out, that 4% of support he managed to get will be distributed mostly to Romney because of Huntsman's endorsement of him and Ron Paul because of the anti-establishment vote despite Huntsman's endorsement of Romney. In my previous post, Romney, Paul, and Santorum had hit his highest RCP average, especially Santorum. Now, Romney and Paul's RCP average are again at a new high. Santorum however has not continued to rise unlike Romney and Paul. Now he is starting to fall. I correctly predicted he would be first among these three to loose the rising momentum and collapse. I think now Santorum has officially reached his peak and point of collapse. He will fall down slightly higher than the numbers Rick Perry is at right now mainly because he's smarter than Perry which isn't saying much.
As for the current frontrunner Mitt Romney, he's getting close to Newt Gingrich's peak at which he collapsed. Gingrich had reached the highest RCP average peak of support. Romney is not like the candidates. Since Romney is the most well funded candidate, he probably wouldn't collapse as fast as the other candidates if he reaches his peak and point of collapse. Let's see how far his rising momentum will go.

Conservatives Don't Care About Accuracy
If your watched the Republican Debate last night, you may have heard Rick Santorum use a George Soros boogeyman attack against Ron Paul. Santorum complained about Ron Paul using a Sores-funded group in an attack ad to target Republican rival Rick Santorum. This Soros organization alluded to by Santorum is the Citizens for Responsibility and Ethics in Washington (CREW). Santorum's problem with it: Ron Paul used it as a source regarding Santorum's corruption record.
Santorum: forget the facts, George Soros!!! George Soros!!! George Soros!!! George Soros!!!
This complaint about Ron Paul was also made a weak ago by another right winger. Accuracy in Media's Cliff Kincaid wrote a column, with similar complaints and calling Paul's research "Soros-funded research". Despite Kincaid's organization supposedly being about accuracy, Kincaid did not make his criticism about that let alone address the charges made against Santorum. Instead, Kincaid mindlessly repeated criticism of CREW that right wingers repeat through their echo chamber.
You can read CREW's allegations for yourself. CREW just recently pointed out that Santorum still has not responded to the substance of these charges even after the Ron Paul ad.
Also read my previous post on Accuracy in Media's problem with accuracy AND living on planet Earth. And its not just AIM that focuses on bias rather than accuracy in the media.

Why Todd Palin Endorsing Newt Gingrich is Bad for Gingrich
Christian Science Monitor
Peter Grier
January 9, 2012
Unless Gingrich would like to get the small but devoted base of Sarah Palin fans' vote, this will only hurt him. He already said he'd consider Sarah Palin as a VP or cabinet member. With Todd's endorsement, it might hint the Palins and Gingrich are closer than we think. Does he want voters to think that? What about Todd Palin himself? If you didn't know, Todd Palin was a member of the Alaskan Independence Party, a Party in Alaska that advocated Alaska to secede from the Union. Newt Gingrich is already collapsing and this will only put him down faster.

January 9, 2012
Todd Palin has endorsed Newt Gingrich, if you haven’t heard. ABC News broke this story earlier today. The former Alaska First Dude said everybody in the GOP race was fine, but that he admired the way Mr. Gingrich had soldiered forward following the resignation of his staff last summer.
Gingrich’s campaign has “burst out of the political arena and touched many Americans,” Mr. Palin told ABC.
Of course, Palin père had not actually talked to the Gingrich team before giving them the nod, which is, um, unusual in endorsement politics. But the ex-speaker quickly said that he’s proud to have the endorsement of the world-class snowmobiler who happens to be Sarah Palin’s husband.

Peaks and Collapses in the 2012 Republican Presidential Election
Notice how the 2012 Republican primary is going where the electorate gives a candidate more support than ever, then a month latter that support goes down hill and collapses.
As you can see this Real Clear Politics (RCP) graph (above), most of the Republicans candidates have reached their highest peak in the polls and then sharply gone down hill. It's happened with Michelle Bachmann, Rick Perry, Herman Cain, and Newt Gingrich. Rick Perry is practically bordering on the threshold at which Michelle Bachmann dropped out. He indicated he is staying in the race though. Mitt Romney has just recently his hit his highest RCP average in the polls thus far. Although it's unclear whether he's reached his peak and point of collapse. All eyes are on Rick Santorum now since he won second in the Iowa Caucuses. Santorum has surged to second in the polls. In the graph, his surge has sharply intersected with what could be considered Newt Gingrich's collapse. The surge is even steeper than Herman Cain's. Therefore, I predict he will collapse just as fast as Cain did. All that has to happen is a Google Search, learn why he earned the new definition of his name, and for his other radical theocratic beliefs to be known.
Putting yourself in the spotlight is needed to winning a campaign and then again it could be the key to loosing. That's what has happened in the current Republican presidential election. As more of the electorate looked into the current front runner or fast rising star, the more baggage they find about the candidate. This causes the voter to have a more and more unfavorable view about the candidate which eventually makes up their mind about who they won't vote for. Ron Paul still keeps rising slowly but gradually. He is also at his highest RCP average in the polls thus far. For this Republican primary, I think it was a advantage to stay out of the top three frontrunners spotlight early to in the middle of the campaign. This gives Paul, Santorum, and even Jon Huntsman advantage late in the campaign. As of now I suspect it's only matter of time and I suspect not much time before either Mitt Romney, Rick Santorum or Ron Paul will collapse in the polls. One of the three will fall like the rest. Again I'm predicting Santorum will be the first of these three to go.

Brett Baier's Birther Dog Whistle
Yesterday on Fox News' supposed "straight news" program Special Report with Brett Baier, Baier gave a story about birthers still trying to prove Obama was not born in the United States.
First, he gave a preview:
And then the story:
BAIER: And now, some fresh pickings from the Political Grapevine. A state judge in Georgia has denied a motion by the Obama administration to dismiss a complaint challenging the president's eligibility to be on the ballot there. Attorney Orly Taitz filed the complaint back in November on behalf of a Georgia resident, contending President Obama is not a natural-born citizen and therefore should not be on the March presidential primary in Georgia.Hey Brett, aren't you missing something? Obama WAS BORN HERE. It's a wonder on whether he didn't say it because it's already obvious where Obama was born or he's pandering to the 63% of his audience which don't believe he was born here or don't know.
You will remember last year, the White House released the president's long-form birth certificate. However, Taitz, along with many others in the so-called birther movement, is still not satisfied. Some in that movement call it a fake. Others say the real issue is that he's not a natural-born citizen. A hearing has now been set for January 26. The president's lawyer in Atlanta says he's optimistic the judge will decide in the president's favor.
Shepard Smith is fighting this War on Misinformation solo at Fox News unfortunately.
SMITH: Well, he has produced a birth certificate. It shows his mother gave birth to him in Hawaii. It is stamped and sealed by the state of Hawaii. It is confirmed, and Fox News can confirm the president of the United States is a citizen of the United States, period. And that was two days before the White House actually released the long-form birth certificate.

CIA Bin Laden Tracker Head Endorses Ron Paul for President in 2012
US News
January 3, 2012 National security expert Michael Scheuer regards Ron Paul as the man with the plan to keep America safe, strong and secure.
Scheuer, a former CIA officer who was in charge of tracking Osama bin Laden during the Clinton administration, endorsed Paul via a blog post on his website.just hours before voters gather at the Iowa caucuses.
The former high-ranking intelligence officer who was in charge of the so-called "Alec Station" analysis cell monitoring bin Laden's whereabouts at the CIA says he endorsed the 12-term Texas congressman because of his stance on foreign policy, his warnings on a double dip recession, and his commitment to drastically cut the size of the federal government.

I guess you have to be pretty "dangerous" with foreign policy for Bin Laden's bounty hunter to endorse you for president. Hopefully this will clear up the misunderstanding or most likely deliberate misleading from from the Christian neocon right wing on Ron Paul. I think it might be possible that Ron Paul if elected president, might have found a potential CIA Director to consider. The question is whether Scheuer would accept it.
Michael Scheuer made appearances on CNN, Fox News, and Bill Maher discussing the point Bin Laden was trying to make in recommending his book. (see below)

How Right Wing Responded to Eric Cantor's Interview with 60 Minutes Mentioning that Reagan Raised Taxes
In a recent interview with CBS New's 60 Minutes, Eric Cantor was asked about compromise and President Reagan's willingness to compromise. A few inconvenient facts were presented to him, but Cantor and his press secretary (heard in the background) didn't take it well. Cantor's press secretary interrupted them in the middle of the interview. It was like a chimpanzee screaming and pounding it's fists in anger in response to inconvenience. When you confront a Republican with facts about Reagan contrary to the mythologized version of him, that's the angry obnoxious reaction you get. "You Lie!!!" Liberal Media!!! Kenyan!!! They they simply reassert their original belief in repetition.
